Are the tickets personalized?

Tickets for this event purchased from the Fan Tix pool are personalized. A ticket is personalized if the participant’s first and last name appears on it.
If the ticket is personalized, the details must match an identity document – ID card, passport, driving license, student card, school card, etc.

Can I change the participant details on a personalized ticket?

It is not possible to change the participant details on a personalized ticket. The only option is to exchange the personalized ticket for a bearer ticket, according to section 10 of the Event Regulations.

Will the participant details on the ticket be checked at the entrance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a person holding a personalized ticket will be asked to present an identity document (ID card, passport, student card) when exchanging the ticket for a wristband (identifier). Details are available in the Event Regulations.

Can I give my personalized ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

A personalized ticket cannot be transferred to another person. The only option is to exchange it for a bearer ticket, according to section 10 of the Event Regulations.

Yes, children aged 3–12 (born after 04.07.2015) can use the Kids Ticket (50% discount off the Normal Ticket price). Children under 3 years old (born after 04.07.2024) may attend the festival for free – they do not need a ticket. More details are available in the regulations and on the organizer’s website.

Can I receive an invoice for my ticket purchase?

Accepted Answer

To receive an invoice for your ticket purchase, select the INVOICE option during the checkout process, then choose its type and fill in the required details. A VAT invoice with a tax ID number can only be issued based on the information provided when placing the order.
If you do not select the VAT invoice option and do not provide company details, it will not be possible to issue an invoice after the order is completed. According to current regulations, VAT invoices for companies will be available for download via KSeF.

Can I return my ticket?

No. According to Article 38 point 12 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2023 item 2759 as amended), ticket refunds are not possible.

How does the camping field surcharge work?

Accepted Answer

The camping field surcharge is valid only together with a festival entry ticket, during its validity period. It is a fee for the participant’s stay at the campsite, not for the tent itself. There is no additional tent fee.

No, the Sleephuts or Glamping fee applies only to accommodation. People using this option must additionally purchase festival entry tickets, without needing to pay an extra campsite entry surcharge.

No, the camper/caravan fee applies only to the ability to park in a specially designated and adapted zone. People using this option must additionally purchase festival entry tickets with campsite access.
