RULES FOR THE PARTICIPATION OF PERSONS SUPPORTING PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AT ORANGE WARSAW FESTIVAL 2026

N tickets are dedicated only for persons with disabilities. In the event that a Participant with a disability needs help of a support person, admission to the Event for a person supporting a Participant with a disability is included in the price of the Event ticket for the Participant with a disability.

A Participant with a disability’s ticket entitles the supporting person to enter the Event Area and accompany the Participant with a disability. This entitlement applies only to persons supporting people with a major degree of disability, as well as persons with any degree of disability requiring using the wheelchair. The degree of disability, which is mentioned herein, should be confirmed with the certificate from District Disability Determination Service (together with a document with a photo confirming identity). Verification of permissions takes place only at the Priority Service Point. In the absence of the above-mentioned documents or their inconsistency, the Ticket entitles to admission to the Event Participant with a disability.

Each Participant with a disability on the basis of his/her Ticket may be accompanied by only one and the same supporting person at each entry to the Festival Area. On the basis of the Ticket, the Participant with a disability and his/her supporting person, after verifying the degree of disability on the basis of the documents indicated above, receive separate wristbands. Before entering the festival area, person with disability and his/her supporter should check in at the Priority Service Point. It is the only place where you and your supporting person can exchange your N ticket into wristbands authorizing to admission to the festival area. The Priority Service Point is located before entrance gates to the festival.
